I offer tailor made corporate coaching, for both individuals and teams. These are always bespoke and take into account both the needs of the individual and the organisation:

This can be based on day to day performance coaching or around certain key areas such as marketing, customer care, internal communication, team work or management development.

Coaching and Consulting Combined

Having worked as a consulting business psychologist in numerous companies across the UK, Europe and Africa over the last 14 years I tailor bespoke change and coaching programmes which help individuals to buy into development and change, shape the aspects they are responsible for and put this into action.  This is usually done via workshops and follow-up coaching to embed and sustain the change.

 Team Performance Programme

After an individual chemistry call with each team member, the team leader and / or business owner, six sessions are tailored to fit the needs of the team and the business.

Small businesses tend to grow organically with a lot of bustle and excitement, but not always an eye on processes that can grow with the business. Once a business reaches a certain size the need for processes and distinct roles and responsibilities can cause friction and start to eradicate the company culture. Team coaching helps your employees to make the transition together in a supportive, fun and ultimately goal based environment.

  • Setting the context for both the coaching and the company going forward.
  • Exploring the company culture now and into the future.
  • Defining or refining key company values.

 Discipline / Habits

  • Boundaries and responsibility.
  • Translating culture and values to ways of working.

  • Effective communication to aid good working, and keep company values and boundaries working positively.
  • Better teamworking.

 Time Management

  • Better time management as a team.
  • Creating time to think and plan ahead.
  • Managing stress / high pressure peaks.

 Team Confidence

  • Developing the collective self-belief of the team to take the company forwards and upwards.

Becoming a Self-Coaching Team

  •  Making the transition from being coached to being a self-coaching team.
These programmes are delivered face to face in N.Ireland and via web conferencing for companies based in other areas of the United Kingdom.
