However, as every small busines is different and at a different stage, I am very happy to tailor a group of sessions to your exact needs. Brand Positioning
I believe that at the heart of every successful small business there is a clear and distinct Brand Postioning. This goes much further than 'finding the right niche' many small business coaches and marketeers propose is the key to success.
I use my coaching skills and experience in global adverstising, strategic marketing and defining brand behaviours to help you build your unique and compelling Brand Positioning. So much flows from a clear Brand Positioning, here are a few examples:

Strategy To Action Programme
You and your business are intertwined and if one is lagging and lacking in vitality and energy, so will the other. Conversely, if one is doing well and brimming with innovation and oomph - so will the other.
This 8 session program, spread over four months is designed to ensure both you and your business are brimming with positivity and direction. It will help you breathe new life into where you are currently and start moving to where you want to be.
Below are the main areas the sessions can cover, however, as every business and every indivdiual is different, I conduct a chemistry call prior to commencement so that we can discuss what would be most beneficial to you. I then build you a tailor made 8 session program.
Your Business
- Business Strategy; looking at where your business is now and shaping a simple but effective strategy to take you forward.
- Brand Positioning; this is a core aspect of the programme. Building and / or honing your brand positioning will make you unique within your market. Hand in hand with your strategy this will give you a clear way forward.
- Customer Segmentation; knowing who you are serving and why will help you to work out which segments to concentrate on the most; helping you to work less for more money.
- Marketing Strategy; it is not just about getting out there and telling people about your company; having a cunning plan will treble your effectiveness.
- Communications Plan; a key part of your strategy is taking time to translate your marketing strategy into a thumpingly good communciations plan. This will help to avoid peaks and troughs, instead helping you work towards the steady stream of customers to keep your cash flow flowing.
- Strategy into Action; putting the building blocks in place to start to bring your strategy alive.

- What makes you tick?; as well as psychometric testing we look at your strengths and weaknesses and highlight the key areas you want to work on.
- Working smarter; we all have good and bad habits, here we work on increasing the number of good and eliminating those that get in your way, such as poor time management or procrastination. We also look at what you could do to work smarter, such as reviewing and automating systems or outsourcing.
- Attraction marketing; here we look at how you and your business intertwine and how you can use the concept of attraction marketing to bring customers to your door.
